Who is taking me to court. Which I told him to do.
Well, he’s doing it.
And that means I think I have to Lawyer up.
And frankly? I’m not sure where the money will come from but I have to do it.
He wants to pay less in child support and to pay none of daycare- he wants her over nights and to rotate every two weeks in the summer.
And I’m going to fight him tooth and nails.
I’ve cried, and I’m done crying now – now I’m cold and resolute. He’ll have my answer Wednesday at the latest, I’ll not wait on a lawyer.

Yes, you have to get a lawyer. It’s worth it for the daycare and child support payments. Has his income changed? Cost of living has. Keep that in mind. Make sure your attorney does as well.

He wants to play daddy without the obligations. BULLSHIT! There is no reason he shouldn’t help pay for the welfare and wellbeing of his daughter.
