If you look up the restaurant’s nutritional information before you go it will make it much harder to eat whatever you want.
WTF? Chicken strips that are 2000 calories? The looked like the best chicken strips in the entire world but knowing how many calories I couldn’t order them.
I had Grilled chicken. And broccoli. And I was not sorry.
Note to self. You will still want dessert…..

I do that on purpose. I can’t eat at PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory and most burger joints…sigh*
I seem to ignore dessert calories..hehe
