In the silliest stupidist way possible-
I was driving home and saw a Chinese food restaurant and thought “I AM DEPRESSED I SHALL EAT CHINESE FOOD!”
And now I am sick- because I’ve been eating REALLY healthy lately (mostly vegan.) And I just went and ate some gross chicken in a slimy sauce (only a little cause it was NASTY) and a whole bunch of fried rice. And judging from the headache I’d say it was heavily laced with MSG.
Bleck.
So instead of feeling sad now I have an MSG headache and an upset stomach.
That’s what I get for eating well I guess. My body is used to better and it is letting me know that.
