My loan officer and I were discussin closing costs, because the difference between 1800 and 3000 is QUITE SIGNIFICANT.
And since I make a joke of everything I asked him to get as close as he could to the amount “So I know how much to sell my child for.”
He didn’t think that was funny, but I was totally kidding! He called back with an amount an hour later though, so all was well
